Sales Consultant - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

A. Sales & Conversion:

1\. Actively promote and sell our three core services: Ausbildung programs,

nursing jobs in Germany, and German language courses.

2\. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets. A sale is confirmed upon receipt

of the initial registration fee.

3\. Conduct persuasive calls, counseling sessions, and interviews with

potential candidates.

B. Candidate Guidance & Process Management:

1\. Provide expert advice and counseling to candidates on the best pathway

(Ausbildung/Nursing/Language) based on their profile.

2\. Ensure all candidate documents (CVs, educational certificates, etc.) are

complete and properly formatted.

3\. Guide candidates through the entire documentation process.

C. Coordination & Operational Support:

1\. Coordinate with our German language teachers for student schedules and

progress.

2\. Send German language learning materials/books to enrolled students.

3\. Work closely with our associate network partners who refer students to us.

4\. Maintain meticulous records and prepare regular reports on sales,

candidate status, and payments.

D. Payment & Follow-up:

1\. Track candidate payment schedules (initial and balance fees).

2\. Send timely payment reminders and ensure smooth financial follow-up.

E. Pre-Departure & Visa Support:

1\. Once selected, coordinate with candidates for their German visa

appointments.

2\. Provide necessary documentation support and guidance for the visa process.
