Marketing Outbound Sales & Campaigns - Internship

As a marketing intern, you will assist the sales & marketing manager and a

small team focused on outbound email and phone campaigns and lead generation.

You'll learn how to identify target companies, research decision-makers, and

craft personalized outreach messages that create new business opportunities.

You will also contribute to maintaining the company's website and LinkedIn

presence, executing marketing campaigns, and tracking key performance metrics.

This internship provides real-world experience in B2B marketing, digital

communication, and data-driven sales processes.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Conduct online research to identify potential companies and decision-

makers in target industries.

2\. Assist in crafting and sending personalized outbound email campaigns to

prospective clients.

3\. Support the team in managing CRM data, maintaining accurate contact and

activity records.

4\. Help track and analyze campaign performance metrics such as open rates,

response rates, and lead conversions.

5\. Contribute to updating website content and LinkedIn company posts to keep

them current and engaging.

6\. Assist in creating and executing multi-channel sales campaigns under the

direction of the Marketing Manager.

7\. Support the preparation of sales and marketing materials, presentations,

and reports.

8\. Collaborate with the outbound team to identify trends and opportunities

for campaign improvement.
