Law/Legal - Internship

MITCH Law Office is a virtual boutique law firm serving startups and

businesses globally. We focus on business contracts, international trademark

and copyright management, data privacy and AML compliance, crypto regulatory

advisory, and U.S. litigation support. We are looking for a motivated Law

Intern for a short-term/ long-term position to join our team. This internship

offers hands-on experience with cross-border work and extensive exposure to

U.S. laws.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Conducting legal research on business, IP, and technology laws

2\. Drafting contracts, policies, and legal documents

3\. Assisting in client communication and case support

4\. Writing blogs, posts and articles on emerging legal topics

Qualifications

1\. Strong legal research and writing skills

2\. Interest in international business and IP law

3\. Ability to work independently with attention to detail
