We are looking for two energetic, caring, and responsible interns to handle
day-to-day operations. You will be the heart of Koottali - the first point of
contact for families, coordinating care, and ensuring smooth office
functioning. This is a hands-on role perfect for fresh graduates or early-
career individuals who want to make a meaningful impact while learning
business operations.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. Client communication & booking
1\. Answer incoming calls/WhatsApp enquiries with empathy and clarity.
2\. Conduct initial client needs assessment (using a simple checklist).
3\. Book services (packages, pay-per-use, new add-ons like post-operative
care, equipment rental, doctor visits).
4\. Schedule caregiver visits, hospital bystander shifts,
physiotherapy/dietician appointments.
B. Office & admin management
1\. Maintain client records, payment tracking, and basic invoicing.
2\. Manage office supplies, petty cash, and basic documentation.
3\. Coordinate with partners (pharmacies, doctors, equipment suppliers).
4\. Assist in social media updates and simple marketing tasks (church notices,
WhatsApp forwards).
C. Team support
1\. Help onboard new caregivers and maintain attendance records.
2\. Support training sessions and compassion-fatigue counselling reminders.
