1\. Assist in end-to-end hiring for various Mint verticals (Wealth, Global,

Realty, Connect, Skills).

2\. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring

managers.

3\. Maintain candidate databases and onboarding documentation.

4\. Assist in creating performance-tracking sheets and dashboards.
