Customer Service/Customer Support - Internship

We are seeking an individual with good communication and analytical skills to

join our team as a client software training and support engineer. In this

role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our

software and technology solutions, including CRM systems, websites, and

portals, by providing comprehensive support to our clients. Your primary

responsibilities will include assisting clients with inquiries, maintaining

strong client relationships and retaining them, providing training on our

company's products, and collaborating with internal teams to address client

needs effectively.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Maintain constant communication with management, team, and clients to

ensure proper operations of the organization

2\. Familiarizing you with all products and services offered by our company

3\. Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that

they are retained.

4\. Firmly work with respective team members to update the tickets

5\. Providing training on our company's products

6\. Resolving clients' tickets and escalating to the other teams if needed

7\. Collect client Feedback, satisfy them, and make them stay with the company

8\. Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols

9\. Grow the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to

enhance and sustain the organization's internal capacity
