Human Resources (HR) - Internship

dynamic individual with English proficiency (spoken and written), MS-Office

skills, and experience in interview coordination. As an intern, you will have

the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions while

supporting our mission to empower rural communities.

Key Responsibilities:

1\. Assist in recruitment and selection processes by posting job openings,

screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

2\. Coordinate interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and other

stakeholders.

3\. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

4\. Assist in organizing and conducting orientation and training sessions for

new hires.

5\. Support employee engagement initiatives and activities.

6\. Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.

7\. Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
