Facebook Marketing - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Plan, create, and manage Instagram Ads campaigns to meet marketing

objectives.

2\. Develop compelling ad creatives in collaboration with the content and

design teams, tailored specifically for Instagram's platform and audience.

3\. Conduct audience research and targeting to ensure campaigns reach the most

relevant and high-converting users.

4\. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable

insights to optimize ad spend and ROI.

5\. Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, targeting options, and bidding

strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness.

6\. Provide regular performance reports and recommendations for continuous

improvement.

7\. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Instagram ad campaigns

align with broader marketing strategies.

Required skills and experience:

1\. Proven experience as a performance marketing specialist or similar role,

with a strong focus on Instagram Ads.

2\. In-depth knowledge of Instagram's ad platform, including Stories,

Carousel, and Reels ads.

3\. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate

it into actionable insights.

4\. Experience with social media content creation and an understanding of

Instagram's visual-first platform.

5\. Proficiency in A/B testing and optimizing ad campaigns for performance.

Excellent understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and

creative optimization for Instagram.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications:

1\. Minimum 1 year of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on

Instagram Ads.

2\. Must have managed at least 100,000 per month budget with positive ROI.
