Program Management - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Serve as the primary point of contact for BPO clients, managing end-to-end
relationships and ensuring timely delivery of qualified candidates to meet
their requirements and SLAs.
2\. Lead and coordinate a team of 3-4 freelancers, assigning tasks,
monitoring performance, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
3\. Maintain accurate databases and dashboards to track candidates, clients,
and key performance metrics, generating regular reports on supply and team
performance.
4\. Own the program's P&L, tracking costs, revenues, and margins while
identifying
opportunities to optimize profitability and present financial insights to
leadership
Develop and execute strategic plans to scale candidate supply volume,
analyzing market trends and identifying new sourcing channels.
5\. Create monthly projections for candidate supply based on client demand,
capacity analysis, and growth targets.
6\. Conduct regular client check-ins to address concerns proactively and
ensure high
satisfaction and retention rates.
7\. Identify process bottlenecks and implement improvements to enhance
operational
efficiency and meet business objectives.
