Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Manage recruitment, selection and on-boarding process.
2\. Responsible for End to End Recruitment.
3.Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job
descriptions for all positions.
4\. Sourcing candidates on various job portals and social media platforms like
Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, Internshala, Indeed etc.
5\. Briefing the shortlisted candidate about the company, job
responsibilities, salary and other benefits of the job to ensure the clarity.
