Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. CRM data & sales enablement (high priority):
1\. CRM data hygiene: Conduct regular checks and cleanups of our vast CRM
database (including de-duplication, validating email/contact information, and
organizing prospect records).
2\. Deal salvaging support: Assist the sales team by running reports and lists
to identify dormant or stalled deals that can be re-engaged through email
marketing or outbound sales.
3\. Lead list management: Prepare and segment targeted lists for Outbound
Sales campaigns, ensuring lists are accurate and adhere to data compliance
policies.
B. Digital & email marketing execution:
1\. Inbound (SEO/website): Assist the content team in publishing,
proofreading, and optimizing blog content on the website (CMS).
2\. Email campaign setup: Execute scheduled email marketing campaigns
(newsletters and promotions) using our email platform, including basic
segmentation and deployment checks.
3\. Basic reporting: Pull basic performance reports (open rates, clicks, and
website traffic) for inbound and email campaigns using Google Analytics or
email tools.
