rapidly growing our 'vibecoding' team. We're hiring a motivated Talent

Acquisition Coordinator Intern to streamline our recruitment operations in

Bangalore. This is a unique opportunity to gain foundational experience in a

fast-paced environment!

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Manage Candidate Data: Maintain and update our candidate database (Excel-

based), ensuring accurate tracking of applicants and their progress.

2\. Tech Candidate Sourcing: Actively find and research passive tech talent

(Engineers, AI/ML pros) using LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other

online communities.

3\. Coordinate Interviews: Efficiently schedule virtual and in-person

interviews, manage calendars, send invites, and follow-up reminders to

candidates and hiring teams.

4\. Enhance Candidate Experience: Serve as a friendly point of contact for

candidates, drafting professional communications (confirmations, updates,

follow-ups).

5\. Optimize Processes: Support the identification of process improvements and

assist in creating standardized templates for recruitment documents and

communications.

6\. Provide TA Support: Handle various administrative tasks to ensure the

smooth day-to-day operations of the Talent Acquisition team.
