Human Resources (HR) - Internship

1.Internship Description:
The internship is for a total duration of six months, which begins with an
initial 45-day unpaid probation period. Continuation of the internship after
this period will be based on the candidate's performance during probation.
Candidates whose performance is found satisfactory will receive a written
confirmation to continue for the remaining duration of the internship and will
then become eligible for the stipend otherwise internship will be concluded
after probation period and certificate will be given. Please note that no
stipend is applicable during the probation period, and continuation is subject
to assessment at the end of the initial 45 days.
Responsibilities of the Intern:
Assist in the day-to-day operations of the HR department.
Support the recruitment process, including posting job openings and screening
resumes.
Help manage employee records and maintain data accuracy in HR systems.
Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and
procedures.
Assist in organizing and coordinating employee training and development
programs.
Support employee relations initiatives and address employee inquiries.
Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations.
Contribute to the improvement of HR processes and workflows.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the HR team.
