Human Resources (HR) - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1.Key Responsibilities
*Recruitment & Volunteer Management:-
-Assist in sourcing, screening, and onboarding volunteers and interns
-Coordinate interview schedules and orientation sessions
-Maintain volunteer and intern records
-Support allocation of volunteers to various projects
*HR Operations & Documentation:-
-Maintain HR documentation, records, and attendance data
-Assist in drafting offer letters, volunteering letters, certificates, and acknowledgments
-Support in developing and maintaining HR policies and SOPs
-Assist with exit formalities and feedback collection
*Coordination & Engagement:-
-Support volunteer engagement and motivation activities
-Assist in internal communication between teams and volunteers
-Collect feedback and help prepare basic HR reports
*Learning & Development Support
-Assist in organizing training, awareness sessions, and workshops
-Track volunteer participation and learning outcomes
