Product - Internship

Join as one of our first product hires. You'll work directly with the founding

team to build features that restaurants and customers use daily from loyalty

mechanics to social virality loops to AI-powered offer optimization. This

isn't about maintaining existing features. You'll be defining what comes next:

building new modules, experimenting with AI personalization, and shipping

features that directly impact our growth metrics.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

A. Product Strategy & Execution:

1\. Own the complete product lifecycle from discovery to launch to iteration

2\. Define and prioritize the roadmap based on business impact, customer

feedback, and technical feasibility

3\. Make strategic trade-offs between feature depth, speed to market, and

technical debt

B. Customer-Centric Development:

1\. Conduct regular customer interviews with both restaurant owners and end

users

2\. Translate qualitative insights and quantitative data into actionable

product requirements

3\. Build features customers love, not just features they ask for

C. Cross-Functional Leadership:

1\. Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and business teams to ship

rapidly

2\. Write clear PRDs, epics, and user stories that set teams up for success

3\. Drive alignment across stakeholders while maintaining high velocity

D. AI & Analytics:

1\. Build AI-powered features for personalization, offer optimization, and

customer insights

2\. Design and implement analytics dashboards for restaurants using tools like

Power BI

3\. Use data to inform product decisions and measure feature impact
