We are looking for proactive and customer-focused students to join us as
'Customer
Success Intern.' This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn how to
build strong client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and
contribute to product adoption and retention.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
1\. Assist the customer success team in onboarding new clients.
2\. Understand client requirements and ensure timely resolution of their
queries.
3\. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, support) to deliver a
smooth
customer experience.
4\. Track customer engagement and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
5\. Prepare reports and documentation related to customer interactions.
