We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Operations Intern

(Academic Operations & Admin Support) who will play a key role in managing the

day-to-day academic and administrative operations at Zenro (zenro.co.in). You

will work closely with trainers, students, and internal teams to ensure smooth

coordination, accurate attendance tracking, and reliable operational support.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Track and manage trainer attendance, teaching hours, and batch-wise

records

2\. Maintain student attendance data and follow up on irregular or missed

classes

3\. Coordinate with trainers regarding class schedules, rescheduling, and

updates

4\. Communicate professionally with students for attendance-related and

academic coordination

5\. Maintain and update operational trackers using advanced Excel and Google

Sheets

6\. Prepare weekly and monthly reports related to attendance, batches, and

trainer hours

7\. Support other academic and administrative tasks as required

Work Details:

Type: Full-time, work-from-home internship

Location: Remote

Timings: 8-9 hours/day (Monday to Saturday)

Stipend: 15,000 per month (Fixed)

Duration: 6 months (Full-time opportunity based on performance)
