Talent Acquisition - Internship

As a Talent Acquisition intern at Acclaim Consultants, you will play a crucial

role in finding and attracting top talent to our dynamic team. Your excellent

English proficiency, both spoken and written, will be put to good use as you

communicate with candidates and assist in the recruitment process.

Key responsibilities:

1\. Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various channels

2\. Coordinate and schedule interviews with potential candidates

3\. Update and maintain our recruitment database with accurate information

4\. Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting them on job boards

5\. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications

6\. Assist in organizing and attending recruitment events and job fairs

7\. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment
