Key responsibilities:
1\. Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various channels
2\. Coordinate and schedule interviews with potential candidates
3\. Update and maintain our recruitment database with accurate information
4\. Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting them on job boards
5\. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications
6\. Assist in organizing and attending recruitment events and job fairs
7\. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment
process
