Founders Office - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Support the New Initiatives Manager in identifying and executing process

improvement projects across teams.

2\. Work with cross-functional stakeholders (marketing, operations, product,

tech, etc.) to gather data and track project progress and performance.

3\. Create and maintain dashboards and analytical reports to monitor ongoing

projects.

4\. Work extensively with BigQuery, MySQL, and advanced Excel to analyze large

datasets and derive insights.

5\. Build scalable data solutions that improve visibility and efficiency for

internal teams.

6\. Participate in pilots - tracking metrics, evaluating outcomes, and

preparing reports for handover to core teams.

7\. Assist in documenting project plans, learnings, and implementation

frameworks.
