Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Manage daily office operations, facilities, and maintenance activities.
2\. Handle procurement of office supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination.
3\. Support HR and finance teams with documentation, onboarding, and record-
keeping.
4\. Maintain and track attendance, leave records, and other employee-related
data.
5\. Coordinate logistics for meetings, travel, and company events.
6\. Ensure compliance with company policies and assist in audits or reporting.
7\. Act as the first point of contact for administrative and operational
queries.
8\. Oversee courier, mail, and inventory management.
9\. Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.
