DevOps Intern - Internship

Role Overview:

At**Signiance Technologies** , customer experience and system reliability are

at the core of everything we build. We are looking for a**DevOps Intern** who

is eager to learn how modern cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices work in

real-world environments.

As a DevOps Intern, you will work closely with senior engineers to support

cloud infrastructure on platforms like**Amazon Web Services (AWS)**

,**Microsoft Azure** , and**Google Cloud Platform (GCP)**. This role is ideal

for someone who wants hands-on exposure to cloud, automation, CI/CD pipelines,

and system operations.Objectives of This Role

* Learn and assist in designing, deploying, and maintaining cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP

* Support the team in understanding customer requirements and implementing suitable technical solutions

* Assist in automating build, deployment, and release processes

* Help with day-to-day cloud operations and monitoring activities

* Learn cloud security best practices and assist in implementing them

* Support troubleshooting and investigation of technical and production issues

* Assist in performing root cause analysis under guidance

* Write and improve basic scripts to automate repetitive tasks

* Maintain documentation for infrastructure, deployments, and processes

Skills and Qualifications

* Basic understanding of**Cloud Computing concepts**(AWS preferred)

* Familiarity with**Linux operating systems**

* Basic knowledge of**Git** and version control workflows

* Exposure to**Docker** and container concepts (academic or personal projects is fine)

* Basic understanding of**CI/CD concepts**

* Some experience with**scripting**(Python or Bash is a plus)

* Basic understanding of networking and databases is an advantage

* Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies

* Good communication and collaboration skills

* Problem-solving mindset and curiosity about systems

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelors degree (or currently pursuing) in**Computer Science, IT, Engineering** , or a related field

* Personal projects, internships, labs, or certifications related to**Cloud / DevOps**

* Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools like**Terraform or CloudFormation**(basic level)
