Talent Acquisition - Internship

We are looking for a motivated and curious talent acquisition intern who is
interested in building a career in recruiting and talent acquisition. This
role offers hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process and
provides an opportunity to learn how hiring functions across healthcare,
technology, and data analytics industries.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Support the recruitment team with day-to-day activities, including job
postings, candidate outreach, interview scheduling, and maintaining
recruitment records.
2\. Assist recruiters during intake calls and interviews to gain exposure to
talent acquisition processes.
3\. Participate in candidate sourcing activities and talent marketing
initiatives.
4\. Support employer branding efforts through various recruitment-related
activities.
5\. Compile and analyze recruitment data and assist in creating reports,
charts, graphs, and presentations related to the hiring process.
