Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and trustworthy intern who can
support day-to-day operations as an Executive Assistant + HR Assistant. The
role includes calendar management, email drafting/replies, social media
support, and reports/trackers. This is an on-site role at a home office, so
professionalism and confidentiality are essential.
Key Responsibilities
A) Executive Assistant Support
Maintain and update the calendar (meetings, reminders, follow-ups)
Coordinate calls/meetings and ensure timely follow-ups
Organize daily task lists and priorities
Maintain files, documents, trackers, and checklists
Prepare basic meeting notes and action items
B) Email & Communication Management
Read emails and draft replies for approval
Track pending conversations and follow up regularly
Maintain professional communication with clients/candidates/vendors
C) Social Media & Content Support
Help create social media posts (especially LinkedIn/Instagram)
Draft captions, content ideas, and weekly posting plan
Create basic creatives using Canva (templates + brand consistency)
Schedule posts and maintain a content calendar
D) HR / Recruitment Assistance
Support recruitment activities: shortlist resumes, schedule interviews
Maintain candidate pipeline trackers and status updates
Assist with onboarding checklists and basic HR documentation
Create weekly reports (hiring pipeline, follow-ups, progress updates)
E) Reports & Admin
Work on Excel/Google Sheets reports and trackers
Help with presentations, documentation, and basic SOPs
Required Skills
Strong English communication (writing + speaking)
Good with Google Calendar, Gmail, Google Sheets/Excel
Comfortable using Canva (or willing to learn fast)
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and good at follow-ups
Mature, professional, and maintains confidentiality
Preferred (Good to Have)
Prior internship exposure (EA / HR / Social Media / Operations)
LinkedIn content understanding (hooks, formatting, clarity)
Tools like Notion/Trello/Asana
