Your daily responsibilities will be diverse and impactful, revolving around
the core pillars of our digital strategy.
1\. Content Strategy & Creation:
Conceptualize and develop a weekly and monthly content calendar aligned with
our brand objectives and key events (e.g., upcoming exams, result dates,
application deadlines).
Create engaging and informative daily content for our social media platforms,
including:
Instagram: Design visually appealing static posts, carousels, and infographics
(e.g., 'Exam Pattern Explained', 'Daily Current Affairs Quiz', 'Success
Stories'). Create and edit engaging short-form videos for Instagram Reels
(e.g., '30-Second Prep Tips', 'Myth vs. Fact about an Exam').
Facebook: Curate and share relevant news, articles, and detailed job
notifications. Create posts designed to foster community discussion and
engagement.
YouTube: Assist in scripting, creating, and editing short-form content for
YouTube Shorts. Conceptualize ideas for longer-form videos (e.g., 'How to Fill
X Application Form', 'Topper Interview Highlights').
Write clear, concise, and compelling copy for all posts, ensuring it is
grammatically correct and tailored to the platform's audience.
Ensure all content maintains brand consistency in tone, voice, and visual
identity using tools like Canva.
2\. Scheduling, Publishing & Management:
Manage the end-to-end social media publishing process, from content creation
to scheduling and final posting.
Utilize social media management tools like Facebook Meta Business Suite, Zoho
Social, or similar platforms to schedule posts efficiently for optimal reach
and engagement.
Organize and maintain a digital library of all created content for future use.
3\. Community Engagement & Growth:
Actively monitor all social media channels for comments, direct messages, and
mentions.
Respond to user queries and comments promptly and professionally, acting as
the primary point of contact for our online community.
Engage with followers' content, run polls, and ask questions to foster a
positive, supportive, and active community for government job aspirants.
Devise and implement strategies to grow our follower base organically across
all platforms.
4\. Analytics & Reporting:
Track and analyze key social media metrics on a daily and weekly basis (e.g.,
reach, impressions, engagement rate, follower growth, link clicks).
Prepare a weekly performance report summarizing what worked, what didn't, and
key learnings.
Use data-driven insights to refine content strategy and optimize future
campaigns for better results.
5\. Research & Trends:
Stay constantly up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm
changes, new features, and best practices.
Monitor competitor activities and the overall government job preparation
landscape to identify opportunities for Jobyaari.
Research relevant hashtags and keywords to improve the discoverability of our
content.
