Virtual Assistant - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Handle daily guest communication through platforms like Airbnb,
Booking.com, and Vrbo.
2\. Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure timely turnovers
and property upkeep.
3\. Create and manage property listings on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Vrbo,
including writing descriptions, uploading photos, and updating amenities or
pricing.
4\. Update booking calendars, guest details, and property records accurately.
5\. Prepare and share check-in/check-out instructions and follow up with
guests for feedback.
6\. Monitor property inboxes and respond promptly to new booking inquiries.
7\. Track daily operational tasks such as supplies, maintenance requests, and
guest issues.
8\. Support the team with data entry, reporting, and other administrative
duties.
9\. Help identify opportunities to improve guest experience and streamline
property operations.
