Growth & Performance Marketing Operator (D2C Brand – Founder Led) - Internship

Selected intern's will work directly with the founder on real revenue and
growth experiments for a D2C brand.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Planning and running small-budget performance marketing experiments (Meta
/ Google) with clear ROAS and CAC goals.
2\. Improving website conversion through better product pages, funnels, and
checkout flow (Shopify).
3\. Testing creatives, landing page variations, and messaging to improve add-
to-cart and purchase rates.
4\. Exploring organic and low-cost growth channels such as creator seeding,
UGC, WhatsApp, and content distribution.
5\. Tracking performance metrics (conversion rate, AOV, CAC, ROAS) and sharing
weekly learnings.
