Operations - Internship

We are an e-commerce platform actively involved in onboarding sellers and

listing their products on our platform. This role manages end-to-end business

operations and partnerships, including reaching out to potential sellers,

following up with them, onboarding them and listing accurate product data in

google sheet/excel and then listing the data on our website. The intern will

work closely with the founder to ensure smooth lead conversion, clean data

management, and timely product onboarding across systems. This role includes

relationship managing, lead conversion, data handling, product listing, and

onboarding.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Conduct calls, WhatsApp outreach, and follow-ups with artisans, partners,

and potential leads.

2\. Explain the platform, onboarding process, and collaboration benefits

clearly to convert leads and onboard sellers on our platform.

3\. Collect seller details, documentation, and List their product information

on Google sheet/excel accurately and list the same as SKUs on website.

4\. Coordinate onboarding activities and maintain relationship follow-ups

5\. Manage SKUs, pricing, inventory, and listing readiness

6\. Verify data accuracy and follow up with artisans for missing or incorrect

information.

7\. Maintain clean records for leads, onboarded artisans, and listed products

8\. Visit potential sellers for onboarding and meeting to convert leads.
