Human Resources (Female) - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, resume
screening, coordination, and follow-ups.
2\. Maintain and regularly update employee records and HR databases.
3\. Assist with onboarding and induction for new joiners to ensure a smooth
experience.
4\. Contribute to drafting HR policies, employee handbooks, and engagement
initiatives.
5\. Help coordinate employee engagement activities and internal
communications.
6\. Manage documentation, data entry, and filing (both digital and physical).
7\. Support calendar management, scheduling, and coordination of meetings and
events.
8\. Assist in planning and organizing internal events and related logistics.
