Graphic Designer Internship - Internship

This is a 6 months (in-office) internship.

Stipend - INR 50,000/- per month

Students in the final year of B.Des/M.Des and looking for a 6 months

internship should only apply.

Post completion of internship there is a possibility of full-time position

based on intership performance and company's requrements during that time.

About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and adaptable problem solver to join our

creative team. As a Graphic Designer at more, you will focus on crafting

polished, visually engaging print materials while also supporting digital

design needs. You will collaborate closely with designers and project managers

to create high-quality graphics that delight our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Packaging, Print & Visual Merchandising

Design packaging, labels, product artworks, and mockups for all more private

label categories.

Create print-ready files with correct dielines, color modes, bleed, and print

specifications.

Design store branding materials such as standees, wobblers, shelf talkers,

posters, window graphics, and signage

Coordinate with printers and agencies for artwork corrections, proof

approvals, and quality checks

Maintain brand consistency across all stores and printed materials

Digital Design

Create digital assets such as app banners, website assets, emailers, and

social media posts

Adapt offline designs into digital formats as needed

Support product launches and event campaigns with design assets.

Creative & Team Collaboration

Understand brand and business requirements and convert them into clean,

attractive visuals.

Work with category teams, marketing teams, product teams, and operations teams

to gather requirements and finalise creatives.

Stay updated with packaging trends, retail design practices, and new design

tools.

Education and Experience

We are looking for someone currently pursuing a degree or have graduated in

the field of Graphic Design/Communication Design with a Bachelor's degree in

Design, or a related field who can create visually enticing, consistent and

meaningful designs.

Functional Competencies

Demonstrated experience with detail-oriented human-centered design approaches

Demonstrates strong graphic design skills

Proficiency in adjacent skills such as competitive analysis, typography and

illustration

Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator or similar compositing and

vector tools

Knowledge of Figma to collaborate with product designers and developers

Knowledge with Adobe After Effects to create dynamic motion design for

products is a plus

Exceptional communication skills and the ability to articulate and convey

design ideas
