HR - Internship

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented HR recruiter intern who is
eager to learn and gain practical exposure in recruitment. The intern will
assist in managing the complete hiring lifecycle, including client
coordination, candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and
ensuring timely candidate joinings in line with monthly hiring goals. This
role is ideal for individuals looking to build a strong foundation in
recruitment, HR operations, and client handling.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Understanding hiring needs: Connect with clients to gather complete
details about open positions, required skills, experience criteria, shift
timings, salary structure, and joining timelines. Ensure clarity on job
expectations before sourcing candidates.
2\. Talent sourcing & matching: Search and source candidates using job
portals, social media platforms, internal databases, and referrals. Shortlist
profiles that best match the client's requirements and company standards.
3\. Candidate screening: Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate
candidates' communication skills, work experience, qualifications, and
interest level. Confirm candidate eligibility, availability, and readiness to
attend interviews.
4\. Candidate communication & Counseling: Share complete job information with
candidates, including company background, role responsibilities, interview
process, compensation details, and work shifts. Address candidate queries and
concerns professionally.
5\. Interview coordination & preparation: Schedule interviews and coordinate
between candidates and clients. Prepare candidates by explaining interview
rounds and providing necessary guidance.
6\. Recruitment closure & target achievement: Work towards meeting monthly
hiring goals by ensuring at least 10 confirmed joiners per month. Track
candidate progress and follow up regularly to close positions successfully.
7\. End-to-end hiring support: Manage candidates throughout the recruitment
cycle- from profile submission to final offer and joining. Ensure smooth
onboarding by coordinating documentation and joining formalities.
8\. Follow-ups & feedback: Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates for
interview attendance, feedback sharing, offer acceptance, and joining
confirmation. Act as a single point of contact for candidates during the
hiring process.
9\. Internal HR assistance: Support internal hiring requirements and assist
the HR team with daily recruitment-related tasks. Participate in bulk hiring
drives, special recruitment projects, and HR initiatives.
