Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Verify and validate vendor invoices for accuracy, pricing, and required
approvals.
2\. Perform three-way matching between invoices, purchase orders, and goods
receipts.
3\. Enter invoices into the accounting/ERP system with correct GL codes and
cost centers.
4\. Handle vendor inquiries and resolve invoice or payment discrepancies
promptly.
5\. Prepare and process scheduled payment runs, ensuring timely and accurate
payments.
6\. Handle Vat coding and fixation of European invoices.
7\. Knowledge of Accounting Tools and MS Excel formulas.
8\. Review and process employee expense claims in line with company policies.
9\. Support the month-end closing by preparing AP aging reports and posting
accruals.
10\. Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable activities.
