Graphic Design Intern - Internship

Duration: 36 months (with potential conversion to a full-time role based

on performance)

Role Overview:** We are looking for a **Graphic Designer Intern with a

fresh design perspective and strong fundamentals. This role is ideal for

someone who is eager to learn, adaptable, and excited to translate complex

ideas into visually compelling designs. The intern will work closely with the

marketing and content teams and will have the opportunity to grow into a full-

time designer role.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in designing visual assets for:

* Social media creatives

* Marketing collaterals (brochures, presentations, banners, etc.)

* Digital campaigns and brand communication

* Understand and adapt to**brand guidelines and visual language**

* Translate content and briefs into clean, engaging, and on-brand designs

* Explore new design styles, layouts, and visual storytelling approaches while maintaining brand consistency

* Collaborate with content, marketing, and leadership teams to iterate and improve designs

* Support ongoing design requirements and campaign executions

Desired Profile

* Student or recent graduate from **NIFT, NID** , or a reputed design institute

* Strong understanding of **design fundamentals** (typography, layout, color, composition)

* Proficiency in tools such as **Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign** (Figma is a plus)

* Ability to take feedback positively and iterate quickly

* Understanding of digital and social media design formats is a plus
