Founders Office - Internship

Join our founder's office and become the strategic right-hand to our Founder,

driving operational excellence across all facets of our fast-growing AI

startup. You'll work directly with leadership to execute on key initiatives,

manage cross-functional projects, and help scale our operations from early-

stage startup to market leader. This is a high-impact role perfect for an

ambitious professional who wants to experience all aspects of building a

company from the ground up.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Partner directly with the Founder on strategic planning and execution

2\. Lead cross-functional projects that drive company growth and efficiency

3\. Track and manage key initiatives ensuring alignment with company

objectives

4\. Prepare executive briefings and board materials

5\. Conduct strategic analysis to support decision-making

6\. Manage end-to-end hiring processes for technical and non-technical roles

7\. Help build company culture and establish operational processes

8\. Manage special projects assigned directly by the Founder

9\. Track project timelines and ensure deliverable completion

10\. Coordinate between different functions to remove blockers and drive

alignment

11\. Handle executive communications and stakeholder management

12\. Organize company events and team-building activities

13\. Manage vendor relationships and administrative processes

What We're Looking For:

1\. Experience & Background: 0-1 years of professional experience in

consulting, operations, project management, or startup environments

2\. Bachelor's degree from a top-tier institution with strong academic

performance

3\. Tech industry experience or strong interest in AI/technology sector

4\. Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments

5\. Technical Understanding

6\. AI and technology fluency - able to understand our product and technical

discussions

7\. Strong analytical skills with ability to work with data and metrics

8\. Project management tools expertise (Notion, Asana, Linear, etc.)

9\. Proficiency with business tools (Google Workspace, Slack, CRM systems)

10\. Basic understanding of software development processes and startup

operations

11\. Core skilss to carry out this role

12\. Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple

priorities

13\. Strong communication skills both written and verbal

14\. Problem-solving mindset with ability to think strategically and execute
