UpMentorX Placement Cell Relationship - Internship

To build and manage relationships with college placement cells, TPOs, HODs,

and student bodies, onboard institutions for training & mentorship programs,

and drive student adoption of the UpMentorX platform.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

A. College & Placement Cell Outreach:

1\. Identify and connect with training and placement officers (TPOs), career

development cells, HODs/deans, and skill centers.

2\. Pitch UpMentorX's mentorship programs, career guidance sessions, and

industry talks and workshops.

3\. Schedule introductory calls or meetings with founders or sales leads.

B. Training & Program Tie-ups:

1\. Help design and propose career bootcamps, interview prep workshops, and

domain-specific training (Tech, HR, Finance, etc.).

2\. Coordinate pilot programs with 1-2 colleges.

C. Student Community Building:

1\. Build WhatsApp or Telegram groups in colleges.

2\. Conduct awareness sessions and demo walkthroughs of UpMentorX.

3\. Encourage students to sign up as mentees and attend free webinars or

mentor sessions.

D. Campus Ambassador Network:

1\. Recruit 2-5 student ambassadors per college.

2\. Enable them with content, posters, and referral links.

E. Feedback & Market Insights:

1\. Gather student career pain points, college needs, and demand for

skills/domains.

2\. Share insights with product and growth teams.
