Talent Acquisition - Internship

As a talent acquisition intern, you will support the end-to-end recruitment

lifecycle for IT and non-IT roles, working closely with the talent acquisition

and HR team.

You will gain hands-on exposure to sourcing, screening, coordination, and

employer branding while helping build strong talent pipelines for EVOCS.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Draft and post job descriptions on LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala and other

hiring platforms.

2\. Source and screen resumes to shortlist relevant candidates as per defined

JD and criteria.

3\. Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers,

ensuring a smooth experience.

4\. Maintain and regularly update candidate data in trackers/ATS and ensure

accurate documentation.

5\. Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess fit, interest level, notice

period, and compensation expectations.

6\. Support HR in rolling out offer letters, follow-ups till joining, and

basic onboarding coordination.

7\. Assist in basic employer branding activities such as social media posts,

campus outreach, and events.

8\. Prepare daily/weekly recruitment dashboards and reports as guided by the

TA Lead.
