Video Editing/Making - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Edit high-quality Reels/Shorts for personal branding content (founder-led,

thought leadership, explainer-style).

2\. Create engaging video content across multiple sectors including Real

Estate, IT Services, EdTech, Startups, and Corporate Branding.

3\. Develop animated reels using Adobe After Effects (motion graphics, text

animation, transitions, visual effects).

4\. Edit and assemble videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, ensuring smooth pacing,

storytelling, and platform-ready formats.

5\. Optimize videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other

social platforms.

6\. Maintain consistency in brand tone, visuals, and content style across all

videos.

7\. Collaborate with marketing, content, and leadership teams to convert

scripts/ideas into impactful short-form videos.

8\. Continuously improve edits based on feedback and performance insights.
