Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Develop robust data models and pipelines to identify and track talent
across business functions.
2\. Partner with managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and
design data-driven recruitment strategies.
3\. Source top talent from job boards (Naukri, LinkedIn, iimjobs), social
media, and other channels.
4\. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews, ensuring a positive
candidate experience.
5\. Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation,
ensuring every candidate finds their right fit.
6\. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support ongoing and future
hiring needs.
