Discord, LinkedIn, GitHub)
2\. Conduct initial technical screening calls to assess candidate fit across
domains
3\. Manage candidate pipeline and coordinate interview processes
4\. Build and maintain talent pools for future opportunities
5\. Create job descriptions and optimize postings for technical roles
