Finance & Accounting - Internship

As a finance and accounting intern at GuruAlign (OPC) Private Limited, you

will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

1\. Managing and updating financial data using Google Sheets to ensure

accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting.

2\. Assisting in preparing financial reports and statements to track company

performance and provide insights for decision-making.

3\. Conducting data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date records and support the

team in day-to-day operations.

4\. Assisting with GST and TDS calculations and filings to ensure compliance

with tax regulations and deadlines.

5\. Supporting the team in ensuring statutory compliances are met and

maintaining records for audits.

6\. Collaborating with team members to analyze financial data and identify

opportunities for process improvements.

7\. Assisting in preparing and validating invoices.

8\. Coordinating with internal teams for payment status and vendor follow-ups.

9\. Participating in ad hoc projects and tasks to support the overall

financial health of the company.

10\. Ensuring accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality in all financial

data.
