UI/UX Design - Internship

This is a paid, full-time 6-month internship with the potential to convert

into a full-time role based on performance, learning agility, and team fit.

The internship is designed for individuals who enjoy understanding problems

deeply and translating them into clear, user-friendly design solutions.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Problem understanding & design thinking:

1\. Learn product context from product and design teams, including user needs,

business goals, and constraints.

2\. Ask thoughtful clarifying questions and summarize requirements in simple,

structured terms.

3\. Identify key user pain points and define what successful outcomes look

like.

B. Solution ideation & rapid iteration:

1\. Create rough user flows, wireframes, and multiple solution options (low-

fidelity designs are acceptable).

2\. Iterate quickly based on feedback from designers and product stakeholders.

3\. Improve usability and clarity across mobile apps, mobile web, and desktop

experiences.

C. Execution support (Guided):

1\. Design essential UI screens and key states with guidance from the team.

2\. Assist with basic UX microcopy to reduce user confusion and improve

clarity.

3\. Support basic QA by validating that implemented screens align with

intended user flows and designs.
