Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various channels
2\. Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and follow up with
candidates
3\. Maintain and update recruitment databases and spreadsheets using MS-Excel
4\. Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting openings on job boards
5\. Conduct phone screenings and initial interviews with potential candidates
6\. Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed
7\. Improve your English proficiency (spoken) through regular communication
with candidates and team members
