**Role Description

**

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Human Resources

Intern. The intern will assist in various HR functions such as implementing HR

policies, managing employee benefits, supporting personnel management, and

helping with HR management tasks. Additionally, the role involves providing

administrative support and contributing to the creation of a positive work

environment while assisting in day-to-day HR operations.

* Knowledge of core Human Resources (HR) principles and processes

* Familiarity with HR Policies and practices

* Understanding of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management

* Basic skills in HR Management and administrative tasks

* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

* Effective communication and interpersonal skills

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

* Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
