Front Desk - Internship

The 'Front Office Executive' will be the first point of contact for clients

and visitors at Reflex Realty. This role involves managing the front desk,

handling client interactions, coordinating administrative support, and

ensuring a smooth flow of communication across departments.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

1\. Greet and assist clients, visitors, and guests with professionalism and

courtesy.

2\. Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, and direct them to the

appropriate departments.

3\. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment.

4\. Schedule and coordinate client meetings, conference room bookings, and

appointments.

5\. Maintain attendance records and assist with staff entry and exit tracking,

including live location attendance where applicable.

6\. Manage courier services, incoming and outgoing mail, and front desk-

related documentation.

7\. Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR and Administration

departments, including record maintenance.

8\. Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping staff, and facility management teams

for smooth office operations.

9\. Ensure all visitors comply with company security policies and access

control procedures.
