and internal databases.

Screen resumes and shortlist potential candidates as per job requirements.

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Support in drafting and posting job descriptions on various platforms.

Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports in an organized manner.

Help in candidate communication, follow-ups, and feedback collection.
