In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring a smooth, efficient, and
delightful hiring experience for both candidates and your manager. You'll work
closely with fellow Interns, recruiters, clients, and cross-functional teams
to drive coordination excellence across all stages of recruitment.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Use various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, and
professional networks, to identify potential candidates.
2\. Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and assess
candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
3\. Schedule and coordinate interviews, and communicate with candidates to
ensure a positive candidate experience.
4\. Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to facilitate the smooth
onboarding process for new hires.
5\. Maintain and update the candidate database and create talent pools for
future hiring needs.
6\. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and the status
of open positions.
7\. Support employer branding efforts to attract and engage potential
candidates.
