1\. Make outbound calls to prospective students and engage them effectively.
2\. Explain programme features, USP, and career benefits.
3\. Answer candidate queries and provide clarifications to assist in decision-
making.
4\. Work towards daily and weekly conversion goals.
5\. Maintain call records and update lead trackers.
6\. Collaborate with the admissions team to support outreach activities.
