Social Media & Content Intern - EkSilai

What You'll Be Doing:

Content Planning & Strategy:

1\. Manage and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook,LinkedIn, X

(Twitter), Threads, YouTube, and WhatsApp.

2\. Align content across blog posts, newsletters, and social platforms to

maintain a cohesive brand voice.

3\. Explore new content ideas, formats, and partnerships to drive growth and

engagement.

4\. Try out creative growth hacks to expand digital reach and follower base.

Content Creation:

1\. Work with designer, model to develop original posts, reels, blogs, and

weekly newsletters.

2\. Use tools like Canva, CapCut, and MidJourney to create engaging visuals

and videos.

3\. Track viral trends and replicate high-performing formats (memes, reels,

carousels).

4\. Write compelling hooks, captions, and stories that resonate with

audiences.

Community & Influencer Engagement:

1\. Collaborate with creators, influencers, and subject matter experts to co-

create content.

2\. Strengthen ties with media professionals to boost PR and visibility.

3\. Organize AMAs, challenges, and virtual mixers to build real community

connections.

4\. Highlight contributors through features and social shoutouts.

Who You Are:

1\. Comfortable using AI tools for visuals, videos, and automations (Zapier,

Canva AI, etc.).

2\. In tune with trending formats, social algorithms, and editing apps like

CapCut, Veo, Descript.

3\. Strong storytelling, writing, and video editing skills.

4\. Self-driven, organised, and eager to grow.

Bonus Points If You:

1\. Know automation tools like Make, Airtable, Relay.app.

2\. Have a network of influencers or experience with creator partnerships.

3\. Are passionate about Indian ethnic wear and women's fashion.
