Business Development (Sales) - Internship

Job description:

Program Management: Support the planning, execution, and review of national-

level programs to make sure they run smoothly and achieve their goals.

Work on Leads & Partner Onboarding: Identify new opportunities and potential

partners. Work on leads, connect with organizations, and onboard them to

collaborate on programs.

Partnership Building: Reach out to government agencies, non-profits,

companies, and donors to create partnerships that help expand the reach and

impact of the programs.

Coordination: Communicate and coordinate with different stakeholders to make

sure everyone is aligned and working together effectively.

Monitoring & Evaluation: Track the progress of programs, collect data, and

help prepare reports to measure success and find areas for improvement.

Policy Awareness: Stay updated on government rules and ensure programs follow

all necessary laws and regulations.

Capacity Building: Organize training and provide support to staff and partners

so they can carry out their work more effectively.

Reporting & Documentation: Keep clear records of activities, outcomes, and

impact, and share regular updates with internal and external teams.

Risk Management: Spot potential problems and help find solutions to keep

programs running smoothly.

Strategic Planning: Contribute to long-term planning and ensure that programs

match the overall goals of the organization.
