Social Media Marketing - Internship

As a 'Social Media Marketing Intern,' you will play a pivotal role in

expanding JusFres' footprint in Vancouver, British Columbia, and Toronto,

Ontario. This position offers a unique combination of digital marketing,

social media marketing, and creativity, providing an exciting opportunity to

shape your career in modern marketing and business development. Your role is

primarily focused on building and improving our digital media footprint on

social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit,

Quora, Snapchat, Pinterest, Flickr, etc.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

1\. Creating and posting interesting and engrossing social media content.

2\. Setting up and optimizing company pages within each platform to increase

the visibility of the company's social content.

3\. Moderating and replying to all user-generated content in line with the

moderation policy for each community.

4\. Creating editorial calendars and syndication schedules.

5\. Continuously improving by capturing and analyzing appropriate social

data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the

information.

6\. Collaborating to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate

action.

7\. Conducting A/B testing on various campaigns to establish the most

effective ones that provide maximum ROI.

8\. Ensuring brand consistency in marketing and social media messages.

9\. Providing training and guidance to all offices on social media

implementation best practices and strategies.

10\. Collecting customer data and analyzing interactions and visits, and using

this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing

strategies and campaigns.

11\. Growing and expanding the company's social media presence into new

platforms, and increasing presence on all existing platforms including

Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.

12\. Researching and monitoring the activity of company competitors.

13\. Defining the most important social media KPIs.

14\. Measuring the success of every social media campaign.

15\. Working with other digital marketing interns to ensure content is

informative and appealing.

16\. Communicating with industry professionals and influencers via social

media to create a strong network.

17\. Providing constructive feedback.
