Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Our recruitment process is designed to ensure efficiency, transparency,
and alignment with organizational goals. The process begins with understanding
client requirements, including job descriptions (JD), role expectations, skill
sets, experience levels, and location preferences. Based on these criteria,
suitable candidates are sourced through multiple channels such as job portals,
referrals, databases, and professional networks.
2\. Shortlisted candidates are screened through resume evaluation and initial
interviews to assess technical skills, communication abilities, and cultural
fit. Qualified candidates are then aligned strictly according to the client's
preference and JD before being shared for further interview rounds. Continuous
coordination is maintained with both candidates and clients to schedule
interviews, collect feedback, and close positions within defined timelines.
3\. Daily recruitment updates are maintained to track sourcing activities,
candidate status, interview outcomes, and offer progress. Recruiters are
responsible for managing candidate pipelines, updating trackers, following up
on pending actions, and ensuring accurate documentation. Regular reporting is
shared with management to provide visibility on performance, closures, and
challenges.
4\. Additionally, recruiters are expected to maintain professional
communication, ensure data confidentiality, and deliver a positive candidate
experience throughout the hiring lifecycle. This structured approach helps in
achieving quality hiring, timely closures, and long-term client satisfaction.
